REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Bewerker and Snaco Style, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases and our services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for both our e-commerce platform and our digital creative services.
1. Physical Products (Snaco Style)
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement for physical products purchased on Snaco Style under the following conditions:
- The product received is visibly damaged or defective.
- The incorrect item, size, or variant was delivered.
- The item has missing parts or accessories.
1.2 Return Window
All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 Days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Perishable goods, including snacks and packaged food items.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way.
- Products with missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
1.4 Return Process and Inspections
Once a return request is initiated and the item is picked up or shipped back to us, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the returned product meets our return conditions, your refund or replacement will be approved. If the item does not meet the criteria (e.g., it has been used or damaged by the customer), the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
2. Digital Services (Bewerker Websites)
2.1 Digital and Creative Services
Due to the nature of digital creative services (including photo editing, video editing, image enhancement, and digital design), all sales are final. Once the final edited files or digital services have been delivered electronically, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2.2 Revisions and Cancellations
- Revisions: We are committed to delivering high-quality work. Minor revisions may be provided depending on the specific service agreement made prior to the start of the project.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service order, you must do so before the actual editing or design work has commenced. Once work has begun, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the account details provided by the customer during the return request.
