1. Physical Products (Snaco Style)
1.1 Order Processing
All orders placed on Snaco Style are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
1.2 Shipping Partners
Depending on the product and the seller, your order will be shipped using one of the following methods:
- Bewerker Logistics Partners: Handled directly by our approved courier network.
- Seller-Managed Delivery: Handled directly by the registered third-party seller you purchased from.
1.3 Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on the delivery location, weight of the package, and the specific seller's shipping policies.
1.4 Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bewerker shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier service delays
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Unforeseen logistical circumstances
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
2. Digital Services (Bewerker Websites)
2.1 Delivery Method
For our digital creative services—including photo editing, video editing, image enhancement, and digital design—no physical shipping is involved. All final deliverables will be sent securely through electronic communication channels (such as email, secure cloud storage links, or direct platform downloads).
2.2 Delivery Timelines
The delivery timeline for digital services will be agreed upon during the initial project consultation or service order placement. Minor revisions, if included in your service agreement, will be scheduled and delivered accordingly.
3. International Shipping
Currently, Snaco Style processes orders and ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping for physical products at this time. Digital services via Bewerker Websites are available globally.
