• Bewerker may sell certain products directly, and
• Registered third-party sellers may list and sell their products to customers.

• Sports equipment and gears
• Snacks and packaged food items
• Lifestyle accessories

Snaco Style acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2.2 Bewerker Websites (Creative Services)

Bewerker Websites provides digital creative services including:

• Photo editing
• Video editing
• Image enhancement
• Promotional media production
• Digital design services

These services are delivered digitally through electronic communication.

3. Eligibility

By using the platform, users represent that:

• They are 18 years or older, or
• They are using the service under supervision of a legal guardian.

Users must be capable of entering a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. User Registration and Accounts

Users may be required to register an account to access certain services. Users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable Indian laws

Sellers are responsible for:

Snaco Style does not guarantee that all product descriptions are error-free but will make reasonable efforts to correct inaccuracies.

7. Orders and Purchases

10. Snacks and Food Products

For snack or food items sold through Snaco Style:

• Sellers must comply with food safety regulations.
• Products must meet applicable quality standards.
• Customers must follow storage instructions mentioned on packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain food items may not be eligible for returns.

11. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Customers may request returns under conditions such as:

• Incorrect item delivered

Return requests must be submitted within 7 Days. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Users submitting content for editing or reviews agree that:

• The materials do not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal rights

Users shall be solely responsible for any legal claims arising from submitted content.

15. Prohibited Activities

Users and sellers must not:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Upload harmful software
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Manipulate product pricing
• Post misleading information

Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bewerker shall not be liable for:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kannur, Kerala.
